I’m Chris, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner from Sardinia. In 2020, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a life-changing moment that became my greatest teacher. It made me question everything about life and led me on a profound journey of self-discovery. During this time, I experienced how sound can be powerful medicine, helping me release fear, restore balance, and reconnect with my true path. This transformation ignited my purpose: to guide others toward healing and inner harmony through sound.

Stillness revealed the medicine of sound.

My path began years earlier in India and Nepal, immersed in Vipassana meditation, where I learned the power of silence, presence, and mindfulness. Over time, I combined these teachings with my lifelong love for music, creating a unique approach to sound healing in Sardinia that nourishes the body, mind, and soul.

I offer private one-to-one sessions, group sound baths, and healing ceremonies, available not only in my dedicated healing space but also in nature, at private villas, retreats, events, and special celebrations, bringing the transformative power of sound wherever it’s needed.

Sacred instruments speak the language of healing.

Using a sacred collection of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic drums, gong, and Native American flute. I craft therapeutic soundscapes that work on a deep cellular level. These vibrations clear energy blockages, release emotional patterns, and guide you into a state of profound relaxation, spiritual connection, and inner alignment.
